American expert Henry Barkey wrote in his article in Los Angeles Times that Turkish-Armenian normalization process should be rescued because failure of the process would lead to destructive results.
U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Steinberg said during his meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan that justified decision of Armenian Constitutional Court is a positive step that will contribute continuation of the process.
“But the war may become real, if the United States, for example, or any other superpower pushes the parties toward this step.”
