Turkish-Armenian Reconciliation Commission (TARC) was set up in Geneva on 9 July 2001 after three days of discussions hosted by the Henry Dunant Center for Humanitarian Diologue and it survived until 11th of December when the Armenian members quitted from the commission with a joint declaration.
