Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu made a phone call to his American counterpart Hillary Clinton and discussed the recent problems in the process of normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia. 
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian accused Turkey of undermining the process of normalization of relations. 
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia attaches importance to the dialogue of countries toward resolution of regional and global problems. 
Turkey’s foreign minister has said that the substance and spirit of the Turkey-Armenia protocols on normalizing relations should be protected. 
The map of the so-called “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic” together with rest of Azerbaijan’s occupied lands have been posted on an official Web site of the Armenian president.
