“There is no 17-millimeter progress in 17 years of activity of the OSCE Minsk Group. It was established to damage Azerbaijan,” member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, MP Eldar Ibrahimov told APA.

Ibrahimov said if there was no progress in the OSCE Minsk Group's work, Azerbaijan should think over that. “We should not forget that the co-chair countries of the OSCE Minsk Group voted against Azerbaijan at the UN General Assembly last year. They must be neutral at least.”
