'Culprits Of Shameful Acts In Guba Must Be Condemned Even If They Don’t Live' | ||||||

Department of Public Relations of Guba Region Executive Power told APA’s local bureau that the head of Guba Region Executive Power Mubariz Aghayev widely informed the guests about the historical and social economic development of the region. The guests visited the mass grave which witnessed the genocide committed by the Armenians against Azerbaijanis. Joseph Debono Grech told journalists that the events were shameful. “This graveyard is a disaster. The emergence of such incidents is very shameful. The culprits of these horrible acts are not alive. But they must be condemned even if they don’t live. We may also include this issue in our report, but we won’t give a concrete opinion.” The co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Azerbaijan Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt met with the representatives of municipals and non-governmental organizations in Guba. |
