Karabakh Azerbaijanis Protest Settlement Of Syrian Armenians In Occupied Lands | ||||||

The statement reads: "Armenians who support the regime in Syria have recently started to leave this country for the fears of the potential events, and their settlement in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan is being discussed in Armenia. By the information we got, there has been an initiative to create the Public Council for Resettlement and proposals to settle Syrian Armenians in campuses in the occupied lands. The Public Union of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh has discussed and condemned these initiatives that caused a strong protest among the Azerbaijani people and the Azerbaijani community of the Nagorno Karabakh region. The Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh hopes that Armenia’s destructive steps will find a strong condemnation of the international community and measures will be taken to end the artificial ‘settlement’ and occupational policy of this country. |
