'All Armenian speculations are unfounded'.
After it gained independence in 1991, Azerbaijan has been recognized by all countries and international organizations as an integral state within the framework of existing borders.
The statement came from the spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev, who commented on the statement of some Armenian leaders and mass media that international community recognized Azerbaijan without including Nagorno Karabakh into it.
'The statements by Armenian representatives are untrue. At all geographical and political maps, issued by most states and international organizations, Azerbaijan is fixed as an integral state where Nagorno Karabakh is indicated as part of its territory.
However, the Armenian side is arranging provocations in this regard, which we immediately prevent. Additionally, there are four UN resolutions, supported by all member-state of this organization, who recognize the fact of occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia.
Thus, all Armenian speculations are unfounded', the spokesman said.
