“Armenia's Occupation Policy May Cause Hostilities In The Region”

E-mail Print PDF

Armenia's occupation and aggressive policy may resume military actions in the region.

The statement came  from vice speaker of Milli Majlis Ziyafat Asgarov. He was speaking at the international conference on the 20th anniversary of independence of Azerbaijan held in Baku.

He said it is frustrating that some states and international organizations still turn a blind eye on such an Armenian policy.

"Armenian is arming in the region, holding a nonconstructive policy, which raises the risk of stability undermining in the region. I think it is time for international community to demonstrate a principal position and voice their opinion about Armenian actions", Asgarov said.

He also touched upon the interparliamentary ties of Azerbaijan, saying that the parliament accounts for 75 interparliamentary groups, which strengthens our ties with other countries.
