'The continuation of occupation of Azerbaijani lands is inadmissible'.

For me, the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan's independence is significant since my granddad in 1918 fought against the enemies of Azerbaijan and also defended Ganja during the intervention of the Soviet troops.

The statement came from Turkish parliament deputy Shuay Alpay.

'Azerbaijan and Turkey are one nation and two state. Both states are strong', the parliamentary said.

According to him, the continuation of occupation of Azerbaijani lands is inadmissible.

'The world community should spare no effort for the resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno Karabakh', the Turkish parliament deputy said.
