Member of the Turkish parliament of Azerbaijani origin says the conditions made for opening of borders with Armenia remain unchanged.

It says in a written statement issued by Sinan Ogan, Turkish MP from the Nationalistic Movement Party.

“The borders with Armenia are closed in Igdir, one of three provinces of Turkey that borders Armenia.

The borders with Armenia will not open until it withdraws from Azerbaijan’s lands and abandons territorial claims to Turkey,” the MP says in his statement.
