'Today, Azerbaijan is developing day-by-day'.
'When we speak about meetings and discussions with Armenian community of Nagorno Karabakh, it must be understood as conducting discussions with Armenians living in Armenia.
If meeting of communities takes place, we will talk to those Armenians, they will be persons we really knew. Those, whom we knew from the pre-war calendar', head of the Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh, head of Shusha region Executive Power Bayram Safarov said.
'Today, there are thousands of Armenian families wishing to have ID cards belonging to citizens of Azerbaijan and live under the laws of Azerbaijan', he noted.
Safarov said that the criminals, who formerly punished Azerbaijanis and who are currently on the government in Armenia will respond in front of both Azerbaijan and justice, and first of all in front of ordinary people:
'Today, the main question causing anxiety of Armenian society is – where are the Zori Balayans, Shahmaryans, Kocharyans and others who promised big future?! Today, Azerbaijan is developing day-by-day, but people in Armenia kill in need. For this situation – criminal Armenian leaders will respond to ordinary Armenians'.
