Reports about town building in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan are the next provocation by Armenians.
The statement came from spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev.
"Such actions in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan are illegal", he said.
Yerevan hosted the presentation of the project of a new city called Bagaran which is offered to built in the occupied Zangelan region of Azerbaijan.
Under the project, the city is to cover 20,000 sq.m km and house 100,000 residents.
