“Armenia uses the occupied Azerbaijani territories for the purpose of drug production and trafficking”, said Chief of the State Border Service (SBS), Lieutenant-General Elchin Guliyev in his speech at the international workshop on topic “Border security and combating the drug distribution” held in Baku.
Guliyev said that Azerbaijan didn’t control the state border’s territory occupied by Armenia, consequently the favorable condition is established for the drug production and trafficking in these territories: “Continuation of such situation will cause serious consequences”
SBS Chief noted that the international organizations were informed about it.
