“I Will Make Public On Thursday Turkey's Reaction To French Resolution”

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Wednesday that he would make public on Thursday Turkey's reaction to the Armenian resolution at the French Parliament.

Speaking to reporters at the Turkish Parliament, Erdogan said that they would also make public possible sanctions against France on Thursday.

Sarkozy's initiative for political gain will hurt Turkish-French relations, Erdogan underlined.

Asked about what he thought on French President Sarkozy's refusal to speak with the Turkish President Abdullah Gul on the phone, Erdogan said that Sarkozy's act was a diplomatic disaster

Sarkozy has shown who he is by not speaking with President Gul on the phone, Erdogan also said.

The French Parliament on Thursday will vote on a resolution that criminalizes the rejection of Armenian allegations pertaining to the incidents of 1915 with a prison term of one year and a monetary fine of 45,000 euros.
