Vice speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament comments on adoption of the bill on 'Armenian genocide' in the French Senate.
The adoption in the French Senate on the bill on criminalizing the so-called ‘Armenian genocide’ cannot be accepted positively in terms of principles of democracy and pluralism.
The statement came from vice speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament Bahar Muradova.
She said passing this law challenges the unbiased policy of France as a mediator in the Minsk Group.
“It is certainly regretful that the country which declared itself one of the centers of democracy passes such a bill”, she said.
