Oppose Ethnic Special Interests Derailing US Foreign Policy

E-mail Print PDF

Turkic Americans in US initiated sending letters on Pax Turcica platform to US officials urging a promt nomination and confirmation US Ambassador to Azerbaijan. The campaign letter is as follows;

Urge a prompt nomination and confirmation US Ambassador to Azerbaijan

As the US Senate flouted the confirmation Ambassador Matthew Bryza under the influence of antagonistic ethnic lobby, a position of the US envoy to Azerbaijan is now vacant. According to the Washington Post, this failure by Senate "offers a vivid example of how the larger U.S. national interest can fall victim to special-interest jockeying and political accommodation." Further absence of US highest diplomatic representation in Azerbaijan is damaging our foreign policy in the vital Caucasus and Caspian regions.

Join the Pax Turcica action campaign to urge a prompt White House nomination and Senate confirmation of the US ambassador to Azerbaijan and to express disappointment over the ethnic agenda disgracefully tainting US foreign policy.
