E-mail Print PDF

The discussion of Khojaly genocide at the Belgian Parliament would be a big feedback to the Armenian diaspora.

The statement was told to Gun.Az by Ayhan Demirchi, chairman of Azerbaijan-Belgium Friendship Society, while commenting on the possibility of this issue.

“Generally, this initiative can enable to convey more detailed information about the history and reasons of the Khojaly event to the Belgian society. It’s a very important and indispensable step. Similarly, this could be a good feedback to the ‘genocide’ claims of the Armenian diaspora”, Demirchi said.

Demirchi voiced importance of discussing Khojaly genocide in other parliaments.

'With this, we can show atrocities that Armenians did in Khojaly and Karabakh to the world community and expose the real face of the Armenian diaspora', the Society chairman stressed.
