Refusal of the Bulgarian Parliament to discuss ‘Armenian genocide’ should be example for France.
The statement came from Enes Ibrahim, chairman of Macedonian Turks’ UFUK group and editor in chief of ‘Ufuk’ journal, while commenting on the Bulgarian Parliament’s rejection to adopt bill on officially recognizing so called 'Armenian genocide', Gun.Az reports.
'We shouldn’t be satisfied with this because the Armenian lobby conducts a systematic activity day in and day out to convince European parliaments to recognize so called ‘Armenian genocide’. The Bulgarian Parliament’s decision is also a good response to the Armenian lobby. Besides, the Azerbaijani-Turkish diaspora should always be vigilant because the Armenian lobby morally views itself as a winner after the decision of the French Assembly', Ibrahim said.
Ibrahim noted the importance to increase propagation of Khojaly genocide.
'We should introduce Khojaly genocide to the European political and social organizations. I think that this step would play a big role to expose lies of the Armenian diaspora', Ibrahim said.
