‘Bulgarian Parliament’s Decision Is Correct And Logical’

E-mail Print PDF

Bulgarian Parliament’s refusal to interfere in some historical processes is correct and logical, Member of the Parliamentary Committee on International and Interparliamentary Relations Asim Mollazade said. He commented on Bulgarian Parliament’s refusal to recognize the “Armenian Genocide”

He said Armenian Diaspora in Bulgaria attempted to bring in discussion of the legislation bodies such an absurd project . “But the Bulgarian Parliament declined the project and this is absolutely correct decision,” he said.”Today Armenian Diaspora works in this direction everywhere. These actions on so-called "Armenian genocide aim to deflect public’s attention away from the aggressive policy of Yerevan, occupation of Azerbaijan’s territories and Armenias’ sabotage the peace negotiation process,” he underscored.

The Armenian side is trying to present to the world community Armenians as the victims of a fictional "genocide”. So they want to cover up the aggressive nature of their policies, Mollazade stated.
