A bill on recognition of the Khojaly genocide will be submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (GNAT) on the eve of anniversary of this massacre, one of the greave crimes of XX century, Sinan Ogan, member of Turkish Parliament from Igdir Province, told a new conference here.
Sinan Ogan said that his National Movement Party is going to offer the Parliament to name the “Paris Avenue” in Ankara as the “Avenue of Algeria” in protest to adoption of the bill by the French National Assembly on the criminalization of negation of the alleged “Armenian genocide”.
