‘Yerevan Not Ready To Resolve Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict Peacefully’

Armenia is not ready for resolving the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict peacefully and through negotiations, and it is the main reason for non-resolution of the conflict, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov told journalists on Friday.

He said results of the presidents' meeting scheduled for Jan. 23 in Sochi will show the next round of the conflict resolution. A trilateral meeting between Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian presidents - Ilham Aliyev, Dmitry Medvedev and Serzh Sargsyan will be held in Sochi on Jan.23. This meeting will come as the tenth in succession, organized on Russian president's initiative.
