Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the developments in Caucasia Stability and Cooperation Platform formed another chance for Turkey to show its importance in the region and said that Ankara realized this unique occasion just in time.
Stating that the war between Russia and Georgia by-passed the routes over Georgia which have vital importance for Armenia, Lavrov said that solving this problem was one of the prior topics for Armenia.
Lavrov said that Armenia could be opened up to the World over Turkey in case of a resolution in Karabakh which is under occupation of Armenian forces.
