'Iran shows no respect to millions of its citizens of Azerbaijani ethnic.'
The Armenian-Iranian relations make it clear who is the real occupant of Azerbaijani lands, writes publicist Erdal Shimshek in an article posted by the Turkish agency Aktifhaber.
The Turkish publicist recalled the agreement about alliance and mutual assistance between Iran and Armenia.
“It means that in case of attack against one of these countries, the other side will have to help it. That is in case of the Turkish-Armenian conflict, the Islamic army of Iran will fight on Armenia’s side against its brethren. Additionally, Iran shows no respect to millions of its citizens of Azerbaijani ethnic and helps the hostile countries to occupy part of their historical land. It is unclear why they act this way. Moreover, Iran spreads its ideology in Azerbaijan, making everything possible to reduce Turkey’s influence”, the publicist said.
“He also noted that Iran is the biggest trade partner of Armenia. “And don’t be surprised if I say that Iran occupies Karabakh with the hands of Armenians”, the author says.
