An Armenian expert does not rule out that the OSCE Minsk Group will be dissolved.

"The relations between Russia and West are deteriorating, leading to the "cold war". After presidential elections, the US position on Russia will further toughen. Russia has recently quited a number of international agreements, which means that turning back will be difficult. The United States must respond to it, regardless of who is elected a president", said Armenian expert Stepan Grigoryan. He said this all will influence the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and it is not ruled out that the OSCE Minsk Group will be dissolved, as it is chaired by the United States and Russia.

He also noted that "Nagorno Karabakh" must become a party of different even not important talks. Among the most important events of the recent period along with the recognition of Kosovo, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, the expert noted that for the first time the EU entered the region of the Karabakh conflict, which did not occur during the aforementioned conflicts.

Grigoryan considers that positions of "Nagorno Karabakh" and Armenia should be close on key issues, especially on the way to independence.
