Answer: That seems to be directly linked to cessation of some trust agreement among the leading geopolitical centres in the region as a result of the Georgia-South Ossetia and consequently, the Russia-Georgia conflict.
The United States and the European Union, as well as Russia, will make use of the situation so that to strengthen their influence in and to push out their rivals from South Caucasus, considering the region as a strategically important geopolitical and geo-economical base.
