The negotiations of Nagorno Karabakh will be conducted by 3+3 structure. The OSCE Minsk group co-chairmen will be present at the meeting of the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, which should take place on November 2, said Mattew Bryza, American co-chairman of the Minsk group. The co-chairmen presenting France and Moscow will arrive in Russia by the official invitation of the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev. Remind that the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan are going to have a meeting in Moscow.
