He said Ankara has great hopes as for this meeting. The diplomat noted that there is no alternative to Turkey's initiative on the Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform.

"The trilateral meeting in Moscow will become a significant step for the attainment of peace in the South Caucasus. The Nagorno Karabakh conflict is among the most deteriorated problems in the region. I do hope that this meeting will help settle the conflict, which will in turn accelerate the introduction of the Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform", noted the ambassador.
