Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov left for Moscow to meet with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandyan.
The foreign ministers will meet in view of the tripartite meeting between the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia Dmitriy Medvedev, Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan in Moscow on November 2 for the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. On Saturday the ministers will hold consultations with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
Head of the Russian Geopolitical Expertise Center and leader of International Eurasian Movement Alexander Dughin stated that the Russian President had a plan for Nagorno Karabakh. In his opinion the issue of US disposal from the negotiation process expected to be raised at the present phase.
