"We consider that Turkey has not committed any "genocide", including the "Armenian genocide". There were tragic cases from both sides during war. This is a law of all wars", said chairman of the Turkish society on international relations and strategic analysis Sinan Ogan.

He said it is necessary to consider these factors and leave historical events to historians.

"When today we consider the Armenian-Turkish relations, we see that the issue is not only with "genocide" but also with the absence of an agreement on borders between the two countries.

Armenia has openly stated in its declaration that it has no territorial claims towards Turkey. Turkey also adopted a similar declaration. Armenia must reject the propaganda of "genocide".

It must also sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan on Nagorno Karabakh. If it occurs, we may develop good relations with Armenia in all spheres. Armenia and Turkey must not put a threat on the present and future generations by living with the past", noted Sinan Ogan.
