Armenian people have once self-determined and Azerbaijan will not give such a chance to Armenia for the second time, said Novruz Mamedov in the interview to Azerbaijani ATV channel, according to Interfax-Azerbaijan.
"Azerbaijan in the framework of its territorial integrity always confirmed readiness to grant any status to Nagorno Karabakh. We can grant a wider status, but only in the framework of the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan", noted N.Mamedov. He said Azerbaijan's position bases on the practice, existing in the world.
"Such cases have been recorded in most countries, including Russia. The territorial integrity of Azerbaijan must not be violated. This is not discussed at the moment, but when self-determination of nations is implied, Armenians have once self-determined.
World will never recognize that Armenians can create the states everywhere they reside. This will never be recognized by anyone and Azerbaijan will never admit it", noted the representative of the presidential administration.
