Touching on the relations with Armenia, Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said that initiatives on this issue should be evaluated with general Caucasia policy of Turkey.
Stating that studies about Caucasian Platform suggestion was going on, Babacan said that the platform which includes Russia, Armenia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia will serve states a groundwork for being able to discuss regional problems.
Stating that there were a continous diplomacy trafic with Armenia, Babacan said that they are considering the concerns and said that they will keep those on mind.
Stating that Armenia was asking for a certain secrecy about steps and details of process, Babacan said,
