ALIYEV DEFOGS MOSCOW DECLARATION

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that the document that is signed between Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in Moscow about Armenian occupied land of Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh was not an agreement but a political declaration which contains the political wills of parties.

Azerbaijani President Aliyev said that by signing Moscow declaration they had accepted Armenia as a side in negotiations and they did not recognized so called NKR as a party. President Aliyev reminded that the document is including that the conflict should be solved around norms of international laws.

Aliyev said that those international laws are United Nations Security Council
