Directing the session, co-chairman Joost Lagendijk asked that if the recent reconciliation between Turkey and Armenia shows a change in the Armenia policy of Turkey which is dependant of the resolution of Karabakh issue to go on with solutions of other problems, and taking resolution of Karabakh conflict as a precondition to start relations. Replying to this question co-chairman Yasar Yakis said that Turkey had decided for a new approach in its relations with Armenia and was searching for a warm atmosphere between states.
