European Court of Human Rights will sentence the decision about the lawsuit that two Armenian foundation suited against Turkey in 2002 and 2003.

Foundation of Samatya Surp Kevork Armenian Church, School and Cemetary in 2003 and Yedikule Surp P?rgic Armenian Hospital Foundation had suited a case against Turkey in 2002 claiming that Ottoman Empire had confiscated some of real assets that belonging to Armenians.

Foundations claimed that Turkey abandoned the European Convension on Human Rights. European Court of Human Rights, on a similar case that is sentenced in 2007, had declared that parties agreed and withdrew from the case.
