Gathering in Tebriz, Iran, Armenians of Iran prayed for Palestine to get free of the tortures of Israel. Gathering for celebrating the born of Jesus in an Armenian church in Tebriz, Armenian community of South Azerbaijan (Iran Azerbaijan) prayed for Palestine people in their rituals.
Persian Mehr News agency reported that the leader of Armenian community of South Azerbaijan condemned Israel in his speech. Armenian community leader said, "We pray for that the tortures against our Palestinian brothers who also believe in Allah, to stop". In the report it is reminded that the leader of Armenian community was Lebanese and he struggled against Israel when Israel invaded Lebanon.
