Armenian delegation will take part in a meeting on Turkey-initiated Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform due in Ankara late January, said head of the RA Foreign Ministry
Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia held their initial meeting last December. Presently, a draft agreement is being developed.
Following hostilities in South Ossetia, Ankara offered to form a Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform, which could unite Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
