Armenian political scientist: "Azerbaijan will never launch war with Armenia for Nagorno Karabakh without a sign from Ankara"

"Azerbaijan will never launch war with Armenia for Nagorno Karabakh without a sign from Ankara", considers Armenian political scientist Igor Muradyan. "This will never happen and should be forgotten", said Muradyan at a press conference on Saturday. He said this is proven by an agreement of 1998 between Heydar Aliyev and Suleyman Demirel.

Muradyan is confident that in case another leader comes instead of Aliyevs, Azerbaijan's dependence on Turkey will further strengthen. At the same time, the political scientist considers that in order to avert resumption of the Karabakh conflict there are curbing powers not only in the face of Russia, but also in the face of Iran and the United States.
