Armenia uses hired troops in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan, in the opposite site of the line of contact with Azerbaijan Army, said General-Major Mahmud Hamzayev, Second Army Corpse Commander, APA reports.
The general said indiscipline prevailed over the military units in Nagorno Karabakh and other occupied regions of Azerbaijan and they had reports on many problems existed there.
