As for the level of representation, it must correspond to the level of representation of other parties of the negotiation process, primarily, Azerbaijan. If the talks are on the level of the heads of the state, "NKR" must be represented by the President of the country and if on the level of the Foreign Ministers - by the Foreign Minister of our republic", noted Saakyan.
He also noted that the return to the past is inadmissible for "NKR". "Nagorno Karabakh will never be a part of Azerbaijan. The provision of "NKR" security is also undoubted. As for other issues, we are ready to discuss them with Azerbaijan", said Saakyan.
