Members of the "Collective Security Treaty Organization"; seven former soviet countries agreed to establish a "rapid reaction force".
Leaders of Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan agreed to establish a mutual military force which will base in Russia, against extarnal threats, in the meeting in Moscow.
Russian President Dimitriy Medvedev declared that Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan agreed for establishing "rapid reaction force" after the meeting in Moscow. Medvedev said that all of the leaders were sharing the opinion that there was a need for establishing such force. He did not give detail about the structure of planned military force.
