SARSKYAN DELIVERS FRIENDLY AND HOSTILE MESSAGES SAME TIME

According to the report of Yerevan based news agency Mediamax, Sarksyan mentioned Turkish Armenian relations in his speech in the meeting of 45th Munich Security Conference.

Calling for attention to the importance of the Yerevan visit of Turkish President Abdullah Gul, Sarksyan stated that the visit contributed to the development of relations between the countries and contacts between foreign ministers of two country became continous.

Mentioning about the developments in South Caucasus, Sarksyan said diaologue and cooperation will strengthen stability and peace in the region and said, "We cannot mention regional stability while there are policies of isolation are being applied in South Caucasus."

Talking about the Armenian occupied Azerbaijani land Nagorno Karabakh, Sarksyan said that Azerbaijan should leave its dictating attitude for the resolution of Karabakh conflict and he claimed that Armenian community in the region has the right of self decision of future of Karabakh, like anyone asked what were the decision of one million Azerbiajani citizen of Karabakh who had to leave their homeland because of Armenian occupation.

Sarksyan said that they do not want war but they are not afraid of it.
