Banks said, "Dialogue should always exist between Yerevan and Ankara. US will contribute for the continuation of the dialogue between the countries. We are organizing meetings between non governmental organization representatives and students of two sides. But i am repeating again, everything is in your hands".

American diplomat said that any country in the South Caucasus has privilege for U.S. and said, "There are differencies between Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan and thus the level of cooperation with them differs. Azerbaijan attracts interests because of its huge exportation to Europe, but Georgia and Armenia are very important for us too."
