Azerbaijan claimed that Armenia is a threat for the peace of the region. Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Khazar Ibrahim reminded that Armenia occupies 20 percent of Azerbaijani lands. Khazar Ibrahim said that the fast arming process of Armenia is a threat for the region.
Khazar Ibrahim said that Armenia is seperating more money on arming than Azerbaijan if the money that is invested on arming is considered looking to the population of countries. Ibrahim said that Armenia violates the Europe disarmament agreement.
