The appeal covers Armenia with the help of Russian military units occupied Azerbaijan's Nagorno Karabakh and 7 regions around it as a result of large-scale offensives and carried out ethnic cleansing there and over 1 million Azerbaijanis were driven out of their native lands. UN Security council adopted four resolutions on withdrawal of Armenian Armed Forces from Azerbaijani occupied lands. These resolutions have not been executed yet.

The appeal criticizes the activity of OSCE MG.

"OSCE MG Co-Chairs taking double speaking and pro-Armenian position refuse to recognize Armenia as aggressive country. They do not defend Azerbaijani just demands within the project on core principles and present unjust proposals on determination of the status of Nagorno Karabakh via holding referendum in the region," said in appeal.

The appeal envisages proposals on just solution to the problem:

-UN-adopted five resolutions should be implemented for solution to the conflict,

-Armenian Armed Forces should be withdrawn from Azerbaijani lands, IDPs should return back their homes,

-Military units of foreign countries should not be allocated under title of "peacekeeping forces",

-The status of Nagorno Karabakh should be determined within the framework of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity,

-Armenia should indemnify for aggressive actions,

-International actors and UN Security Council should recognize Armenia as aggressive country.

The appeal was signed by United Azerbaijan National Union, Whole Azerbaijan Popular Front, Just, Evolution, Social Justice, People, Azerbaijan National Independence, Unity and Citizen Solidarity Parties.
