
Newspaper claimed that Turkey was not doing that with favourable intentions but doing that because it became aware of that even allies of itself are not believing that "Armenian genocide" did not take place. The report claimed that international public opinion will use the "genocide" issue as a political pressure element against Turkey and Turkey wants to prevent it as much as possible.
Questioning why Turkey denies so called Armenian genocide, Golos Armenii newspaper wrote that Turkey underscores that there is no document that proves "Armenian genocide" took place. Newspaper claimed, "Ankara claims that these archives are open to everyone but on the other hand it winnows them out and Armenian language experts are needed for this process. So, Turkish universities search for appropriate people who can teach Armenian language and they are making elimination among candidates who wants to serve as Armenian language lecturer."
Newspaper wrote that Turkey made a radical change in its Armenian policy and it started counter propaganda instead of "denial" of so called Armenian genocide. Newspaper reminded Armenian language broadcasting initiative of Turkish media and wrote that Turkey wants to introduce itself tolerative, democratic and a country that loves its neighbour Armenia. Golos Armenii newspaper stated that Yerevan administration loses the war of "media and linguistics" againt Ankara. It wrote, "We do not even have a quarter hour long news program in Turkish. And when Turkish archives will be opened totally then Armenia will not have any expert to send to Turkey for analysing Turkish documents. Because we do not even have Turkish language experts in Armenia."
