Milliyet daily newspaper reported that Wood did not want to give details over the conversation of U.S. Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton over the issue of so called Armenian genocide.
Wood announced that American President Barack Obama decided to go to Istanbul for the second forum of "Confederation of Civilizations" that will be held in 6-7 April.
Wood said that Obama's Turkey visit is so important and that they work on the details of the visit. He said, "Turkey is an important ally and we have much to do with Ankara".
