Gul touched upon the Nagorno Karabakh conflict in his speech, Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan told APA. He said political and humanitarian problems arisen from the occupation of Nagorno Karabakh, as well as terror, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and drugs, human trafficking prevented the regional cooperation and threatened regional and global peace.
Heads of states and governments of 10 ECO member countries are attending the Tehran summit.
