The announcement that is made after the meeting that was made in the presidency of U.S. Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton and Minister of Economics Timothy Gheitner accused Nicaragua and Armenia with being non-democratic states.
The announcement said that the two country are given time for the requirements of democracy to be accomplished and said that the donation to Armenia for repairment of its highways is suspended.
