Stating that they are struggling for issue to reach a solution and using economical and diplomatic force in this context, Aliyev said that the speed of solution process is related to strength of Azerbaijan.
Stating that solution could be possible only if it bases on the principe of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Aliyev said, "Karabakh will never be independent. Azerbaijan will never accept lose of its lands."
Aliyev said that Azerbaijani military gets stronger day by day.
