Delivering a speech during the visit, Yazici said, "our political approach does not consist of fanaticism, it is rather based on project management". Yazici said that political parties should create an atmosphere where individuals could freely fulfill the requirements of their beliefs.

"Political parties should not have any beliefs, they should have programs," Yazici said.

Speaking during the visit, Archbishop Atesyan said that Turkish and Armenian people had lived together and cried for each other's sorrows for years.
